Abstract:
PURPOSE:To eliminate damage on the coil even in the case of a long-sized coil set by a method wherein, among the blades which are arranged cylindrically, the blades adjoining each other are fixed to a stripper, and the non-adjoining blades are fixed to the supporting plate on a driving structure. CONSTITUTION:In the coil inserting device in which blades 5 are cylindrically arranged conforming to the tooth crest 7 of a stator core 6, the blades 5a which are adjoining each other are fixed to the stripper 4 which is coupled to the driving structure, and at the same time, the non-adjoining blades 5b are fixed to the supporting plate of the driving structure. Accordingly, all the blades make an upward movement in the first stage of a coil inserting process, but in the middle of the process and from that time on, the blades 5b stop the upward movement and the blades 5a alone continue the same movement, thereby enabling to reduce the insertion resistance of the coil and to prevent the generation of damage on the coil as well.
