Abstract:
PURPOSE: A bulky and raised spice in which the ingredients are porous, taste softer than unprocessed spices and causes no precipitation, when they are added to dressing.
CONSTITUTION: Spice ingredients such as seeds, leaves or their powder of pepper, mustard or garlic, or spice oil or their mixture are raised by, e.g., the puffing method for snack food to give porous products of 1W3mm particle size in general.
