Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent the burning-out of a motor by variably controlling OFF- delay timers for bypassing either of a torque limit switch or a position limit swtich when the other is on motor stop side and for cutting-off a bypass circuit and by controlling the set time on timers according to the motor temperature. CONSTITUTION:A valve actuator has a torque limit switch 13 and a position limit switch 5, and drives a motor 1. The bypass circuits 15 and 16 which bypass one of the both swithes when the other is in motor stop side are installed, and the timer set-time of OFF-delay timers 18 and 23 for cutting-off the bypass circuits 15 and 16 is variably controlled according to the motor temperature. Therefore, the burning-out of the motor by any operation of the actuator can be prevented.
