Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of sales and processing for an automatic vending machine, by eliminating the need for the key operation with a customer being an unskilled person, through the input of a preset input device and cash to the machine. CONSTITUTION:Odds information A in a file device 5 of a computer room 1 is picked up with a control section 2 and modulated at a modulation section 3, then transmitted to a voting station 9 via a transmission section 4 and an antenna 10. When a voting ticket 19 is purchased at the station 9, the information A is received with a pocketable input device 18 carried by a fan and displayed on a display device 32. Through the dispaly, the customer considers a bet to be purchased based on the information A, operates an input numeric key 20 and discrimination keys 21-23, and stores the bet data B to a memory 30. The input device 18 is inserted to a reading section 12 of a vending machine 11 and a cash is deposited to a cash inserting slit 14. A control section 15 selects the data B with the deposition, the data B is transmitted to the computer 1, the content of the data B is checked at a processor 6 and transmitted to a sales permission signal C to the voting station 9 and a ticket is issued from a ticket issuing section 16.
