Title:
SILVER HALIDE COLOR PHOTOSENSITIVE MATERIAL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS6064348
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To enhance sensitivity, graininess, etc., by forming a silver halide emulsion layer contg. silver halide grains having an average grain diameter of ≥0.5μm and a silver iodide content of ≤5mol% and a diffusion resistant coupler on a support.

CONSTITUTION: A photosensitive layer contains silver halide emulsion having an average particle diameter of ≥0.5μm and a silver iodide content of ≤5mol%, and a diffusion resistant coupler capable of producing a mobile dye on coupling reaction with the oxidized product of a color developing agent. A support, such as baryte paper, PE coated paper, or glass, is coated with this photosensitive material by the dip coating method, an air knife coating method, etc. to obtain a silver halide color photosensitive material. As said diffusion resistant coupler for forming the mobile dye on coupling with said oxidized product, couplers having substantially the same photosensitivity are suitable.
