PURPOSE: To adjust quickly a height, to execute a continuous adjustment, and to reduce a cost by providing an adjusting screw whose end part contacts directly or indirectly the upper end of a reel turntable shaft, so that its movement can be adjusted in the axial direction of the reel turntable shaft by its turning.

CONSTITUTION: A reel turntable 33 is always drawn to a chassis 1 side by an attracting force of a motor rotor 23, simultaneously attached pivotally so as to be freely rotatable to a reel turntable shaft 32, its radial load is supported by the reel turntable 33 and a hook holder 34, and a thrust load is supported by a thrust washer 36 held by a height adjusting screw 35, through a steel ball 37 which contacts the upper face part of the reel turntable shaft 32 in a point state. In this case, the steel ball 37 is fixed to the height adjusting screw 35 or held so as to be freely rotatable. Also, a gap A is held between the reel turntable 33 and the chassis 1. In case of adjusting a height, it is executed by fixing the reel turntable 33 by an external force and turning the adjusting screw to the left and right. The reel turntable 33 varies the height in the upper and lower directions with respect to the chassis 1 by a direction of the screw, but its operation is the same.
