Abstract:
PURPOSE:To decrease the teaching processes to a robot by applying a conversational method between a man and an electronic computer to decide the loading arrangement of goods and obtaining at a time both the loading order of goods necessary for working of the robot and the robot working sequence. CONSTITUTION:An operator designates the codes of goods to be loaded, the loading position and the loading direction by means of a light pen 21 after designating the type of a using pallet. Then an electronic computer 10 displays the loading arrangement of goods to a display device 22. Then the operator looks for an idle loading space while looking at the device 22 and allocates goods to the effective loading spaces. The computer 10 decides the loading order for each goods when the operator decides that the loading of goods is through. Then said loading order is set to a memory part 15. Thus the loading efficiency of a pallet can be improved.
