Abstract:
PURPOSE:To surely control a control valve by using a miniature motor by a method wherein the rotation of the motor is reduced by means of a worm and a worm wheel and, after that, transformed with a lead screw and a moving body into linear motion and transmitted to a valve shaft. CONSTITUTION:When an output shaft 15 is rotated clockwise by energizing a motor 2, the lead screw 4 is rotated under the reduced condition in the predetermined reduction ratio by means of the worm 30 and the worm wheel 31. Because the moving body 5 is prevented from rotating, the moving body 5, which is equipped with a lead nut 65 threadingly engaged to the lead screw 4, is gradually ascends with the rotation of the lead screw 4, resulting in pulling up the valve shaft 12 connected to a coupling bolt 77. With the ascend of the moving body 5, the male thread part 66 of the lead screw 4 is brought into an oil tank 61 so as to be dipped in a lubricant 67 in order to supply the lubricant 67 to the helicoidal surface.
