CONSTITUTION: An IC chip 14 is attached to an IC attaching hole 5 by an IC lead group 7 and a crystal vibrator 15 is connected to a crystal attaching terminal 10, an oscillating capacitor 16 to a capacitor terminal 11, a rectangular large areal sheet shaped battery 20 to electrodes 8a, 8b of a battery and pressure-sensitive conductive rubber 17 formed of a conductive film 17a to the upper surfaces of switch terminals 12a, 12b. A film shaped solar cell 21 is arranged to the upper surface side of the sheet shaped battery 20 in a laminated state and two electrodes of the solar cell 21 are connected to solar cell terminals 9a, 9b by wire bonding while a charge circuit 22 including a diode for preventing a reverse current is connected between the solar cell terminal 9b and the battery terminal 8b.
