PURPOSE: To impart improved film strength and adhesive force to a sheet, by sticking a waterproof sheet to a waterproof ground with a mixture of an aqueous rubber-asphalt emulsion with a hydraulic cement powder.
CONSTITUTION: An aqueous rubber-asphalt emulsion with preferably 50wt% or more content of solid is mixed with hydraulic cement powder, e.g. cement clinker, at preferably (1:2)W(1:0.3) ratio, and if necessary water is added thereto to prepare a mixture at ≤1.5 ratio between the water and cement. An aggregate, e.g. silica sand, a filler, e.g. calcium carbonate, are if necessary mixed with the resultant mixture, and applied to a waterproof ground with a brush, etc. A waterproof sheet, e.g. vulcanized rubber type sheet, is simultaneously stuck to the waterproof ground. A heat insulating material, e.g. polyethylene foam, is stuck if necessary to the waterproof sheet to complete the waterproof work.
EFFECT: Improved reliability of waterproofness, work stability, properties of preventing danger of fire, etc.
