PURPOSE: To adapt to the climbing/descending of a staircase and the travel on uneven land, by positioning the grounding circumferential face of a climbing/ descending wheel above that of the main wheel while projecting the circumferential face further than the main wheel to enable the driving.
CONSTITUTION: When traveling on a leveled land, it will travel similarly with conventional car by means of a main wheel 8 and rear wheels 3, 3 but when climbing on a staircase or the corner of a staircase, a lever 17 is moved downward to gear an intermediate gear 16 with gears 14, 15 at the side of a climbing wheel 9 to drive it by means of a motor 7 of the main wheel 8 to engage a projection 12 on the circumference with a step 13 of the staircase thus climb on the staircase. When the abdomen of the chassis 1 rides on the corner of the staircase to block the grounding of the drive wheel, screw rods 18, 18 are driven by the motors 20, 20 to ride over the corner.
