Abstract:
PURPOSE: The titled surface treatment capable of applying a common aqueous coating material to a caulking material in a good adhesivity beautifully without damaging the quality of the caulking material, comprising a specific natural resin as a main component.
CONSTITUTION: A surface treatment for a solvent type caulking agent consisting of one component, comprising a natural resin such as copal, dammar, rosin, shellac, etc. having a melting point of ≥70°C as a main component. Especially a surface treatment comprising shellac as a main component has improved adhesivity. A caulking agent containing a small amount of a plasticizer is preferable.
