PURPOSE: To improve comfortableness and prevent faults of medium circuit component parts by continuing blowing of a predetermined air quantity up to a predetermined heat medium pressure after the indoor thermostat is turned "OFF" and stopping blowing after lowering of the pressure.
CONSTITUTION: While the indoor temperature is low, the indoor thermistat 5 is closed to the "Low" side, and the heat medium heated by a heat medium heater 1 returns to a compressor 2, and is dischrged and radiated in an indoor heat exchanger 3 (not shown). When the indoor temperature rises up and the contact of the thermostat 5 is changed over to the "High" side, the medium heater 1 immediately stops and a delay timer 8 operates. After the lapse of a predetermined time, the contacts C-D are opened and the compressor 2 stops its operation. During this time, a pressure switch 6 monitor simultaneously the heat medium pressure. The indoor blower 4 continues to blow air until to the heat medium pressure becomes less than a predetermined pressure and an electromagnetic switch Ry is opened.
