Abstract:

NEW MATERIAL:A compound shown by the formula I (R1 is alkyl, cycloalkyl, aralkyl, aryl, etc. which may be substituted; X is -CO-, or -SO2; R2 is H, alkyl, or R2 and Y are linked to give ring-forming group; Y is alkylene which may be replaced; R3 is H, or alkyl; R4 is alkyl; R5 is H or alkyl; R6 is alkyl or phenyl which may be replaced).

EXAMPLE: N-(1-Methyl-1-phenylethyl)-2-benzoylacetamide.

USE: Having immunologically enhancing action and antitumor action, useful as a remedy and preventive for various infectious diseases and malignant tumors.

PREPARATION: A compound shown by the formula II is reacted with a compound shown by the formula III in the presence of a condensation agent or a reactive derivative of this compound is reacted with the compound shown by the formula III to give a compound shown by the formula IV, which is reacted with a compound shown by the formula V in the presence of a condensation agent to give a compound shown by the formula I.
