PURPOSE: To eliminate trouble of sticking and to secure good dimensional accuracy by applying matted material on a surface of the hard urethane foam pattern, further applying epoxy resin on this surface, hardening and further, applying powdery lubricant as water solution-like parting agent.

CONSTITUTION: By using cotter machine, chisel, sand paper, etc., the pattern as the drawing is manufactured of the block-type hardening urethane foam. On this pattern, as the surface is rough, 'Sanding sealer(R)' disolved with thinner is applied at one or two times as the matted material. After drying, this is smoothly finished with the sand paper. The epoxy resin containing curing agent, is applied on the surface and hardened. Further, as the parting agent, 'DYRON AA(R)' composed of graphite super fine particles thinned by 20 times with water is applied on this surface and dried to manufacture the hardening urethane foam pattern. By this method, the trouble of sticking is eliminated and the good dimensional accuracy without any dimensional error is secured and the delivery data can be shortened.
