Abstract:
PURPOSE:To suppress the variation in the feeding speed of a tape by reducing a capstan motor current in response to the difference between the rotating angular velocity of a capstan and a rotating angular velocity target value after the rotating angular velocity of the capstan reaches the prescribed value. CONSTITUTION:When a motor drive signal TrDR-N is applied, a power transistor 603 is conducted, and a current is flowed. A comparator 601 interrupts the transistor 603 when the motor current detected by a current detecting resistor 604 exceeds the current limit value. When the start of the capstan is completed, the control at the normally feeding time is executed by a current limiting resistor 605 and a power transistor 606. The current limit value rises to the maximum current limit value and maintains its value, and when the angular velocity of the capstan becomes 80% or higher, the current decreases in response to the difference to the target angular velocity.
