Abstract:
PURPOSE:To count running of a tape accurately by inputting pulse obtained by adding averaged pulse corresponding to the number of rotation of feeding and take up reel stands and pulse of low frequency. CONSTITUTION:Pulse detecting mechanisms 3, 4 detect number of rotation detecting mechanisms 1a, 2a and output n1X10, n2X10 pulses per second. These pulses are waveform shaped and added in an OR circuit 7, and output is divided to 1/2 in a dividing circuit 8. On the other hand, an FF circuit 9 inputs 10n1, 10n2 pulses to set, reset input. Number of times of setting and resetting of the circuit 9 is controlled by smaller number of input pulses, and pulses corresponding to smaller pulses are outputted from Q output. Pulses of circuits 8, 9 are added in an OR circuit 12 and the output is divided to 1/2<3> in a dividing circuit 13. Divided output is inputted to a sexagesimal up down counter 14 and counted up, and the counted value is displayed by a display 15.
