PURPOSE: To make a moving body stable against external disturbing oscillation in the direction vertical to a plane, by forming a support means so that the moving body is movable in two orthogonal axes by the bending of a support member coupling a fixed member and the movng member, constituting the support means with a parallel plate spring and a rigid plane to move the moving body in parallel in the plane freely.
CONSTITUTION: Plate spings 15a, 15b, a fixed wall 18 and an intermediate wall 17 for the 1st tilted parallel spring and plate springs 16a, 16b form the 2nd prallel spring tilted reversely with the 1st parallel spring. The support member is formed by linking in series them. The parallel springs are sprung up or tilted together when the moving body is displaced in the direction F. When the moving body is displaced in the direction T, the springs are bent so that the one is sprung up and the other is tilted. Thus, the moving body is displaced easily two- dimensionally in a plane in parallel with the F and T directions. Further, the 1st and the 2nd parallel springs of the support member are made substantially symmetrical relating to the intermediate walls 17, 17' and the center of gravity of the moving body is placed near a plane tying the intermediate walls 17, 17', allowing to obtain sufficient stability relating to the direction J.
