Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain uniform cut interlayer film for laminated glass by regulating rate of contraction, thickness, and range of variation of surface roughness of cut interlayer film to be within each specific range of the mean values thereof.
CONSTITUTION: Cut interlayer film for laminated glass is a sheet of the film cut suitably to fit to the shape of curved laminated glass. Rate of contraction, thickness, range of variation of the surface roughness of each part of the cut interlayer film for the laminated glass are regulated respectively to be within ±1%, ±40μ, and ±5μ range from values of mean rate of contraction, mean thickness, and mean surface roughness.
