Abstract:
PURPOSE: To transfer the state of each element with a threshold value depending on the polarity of a bias current, by constituting a bridge with the 1st ∼ the 4th series circuits including at least one Josephson switch element and flowing a prescribed DC current to a control line of each element.
CONSTITUTION: The bridge is constituted with the 1st ∼ the 4th Josephson switch elements 1∼4. A load circuit 9 is provided between connecting points 5 and 7, and a bipolar current is inputted from a current source 10 connected between connecting points 6 and 8. When an absolute value of the bipolar current is larger than an I5 and smaller than an I4 in this case, a unipolar current is obtained at the load circuit.
