Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of positioning at the time of fixing work by inserting a rubber bellows of a pneumatic spring in a circular groove of a metal fitting to be fixed by caulking. CONSTITUTION:A circular groove 12 at least one side of which is a caulking wall 11 is formed on pneumatic spring metal fittings 10, 10'. The end portion of a rubber bellows 13 is inserted in the circular groove 12 and caulked, and a wall 11 is bent to the circular groove side 12 as shown by one-dotted line, so that the rubber bellows 13 is fixed to the metal fittings 10, 10'. Thus the end surface of the rubber bellows 13 is brought into contact with the base of the circular groove 12 and fixed there so as to improve the accuracy of positioning.
