PURPOSE: To prevent the toilet fine powder from being cracked even when the case is dropped down, etc., by supporting a stuff plate in which the toilet fine powder is hardened and stuffed like a buffer by a gel-like substance against the case to the extent that there is no hindrance at the time of use.

CONSTITUTION: For instance, in a foundation compact, a circular recessed part 1c is formed in the inside of an outside case bottom 1, and a stuff plate 5 in which foundation is hardened and housed is fitted therein. In the stuff plate 5 its circumference is held by a gel-like substance 7 against the outside case bottom 1, and the plate 5 is supported in a floating state. Also, this floating state is set to the extent that the bottom of the stuff plate 5 can be into contact with the inside bottom face of an outer case bottom main body 1a, when the upper part of foundation 6 is rubbed with a puff. As for the gel-like substance, a suitable gel-like material such as a urethane gel, an acryl gel can be selected, but it is desirable to use a silicone gel from the viewpoint of a buffer property, temperature dependency, a smell, the sanitary aspect, etc. In this regard, the gel-like substance may be provided in a shape for generating a stress in the compression direction at the time of use against the surface of the stuff plate 5, as well.
