Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent a rubber ring from partially remaining or being squeezed out from a socket when pressed it into the socket, by applying an air pressure on the rubber ring. CONSTITUTION:All the gaps in a service stand are closed by O-rings 141, 142 and 143. While a clamp 13 is pressed down, compressed air is supplied from an air port 15. The trapped air pushes up the rubber ring 13, and under this condition, a ball seat 2 is forced into a socket 1 to complete the assembly. Such direct forcible insertion of the rubber ring by the effort of air pressure will result in prevention of partial remaining or squeeze out of the rubber ring.
