Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enhance bonding effect and improve reliability by providing adhesive sump having the almost vertical bottom at the junction surface.
CONSTITUTION: The U-shaped ferrite cores 21 and 22 are joined and the adhesive pools 25 having the bottom which is almost vertical to the joining surface 20 are provided. An adhesive 25 is coated on the area including both the adhesive pool and joining surface. Thereby, bonding effect can be enhanced remarkably and reliability can also be improved outstandingly.
