PURPOSE: To obtain a blind glass having transparency characteristic changing according to the visual direction and also having superior design characteristic by laying plural strip-like sheet glasses having specific surface crystal growing velocity one on top of the other, heating and welding these sheet glasses, and precipitating crystals at the surface.

CONSTITUTION: Plural strip-like sheet glasses (surface crystal growing velocity: 0.01-1.0mm/hr/780-1000°C) are laid one on top of the other, and these glasses are heated and welded and crystals are precipitated in the interface, by which the blind glass can be obtained.
