PURPOSE: The titled device capable of twisting without using crips and spindles, having a simple structure, causing no end breakage, by rotating a ballon control pipe in the direction opposite to the twisting direction of fiber bundle in a twisting nozzle.

CONSTITUTION: The ballon control pipe 28 is supported on the bearing 29 in the outer pipe 26 connected to the cap 23 to feed flying fibers, and the twisting nozzle 31 is set in the opposite direction of it. The pipe 28 is rotated in the direction opposite to the twisting direction of the nozzle 31, so that flying fibers from the channel 22 are easily attached to the tip of the fiber bundle 27 which are untwisted and nappy well.
