PURPOSE: To prevent a winding from damage according to pushing pressure or the rotation of a spacer by a method wherein the spacer is made to have fixing pieces to be engaged with lead wire lead out grooves on the flange of a bobbin, and projections to come in contact with the edge face of the flange, formed in a ring type having a partially cut part, and inserted to the bobbin consisting of a cylinder and the flanges.
CONSTITUTION: A ring type spacer 17 having a partially cut part is incorporated into the flange 13 side of a bobbin, and a spacer 21 having a cut part 18, and having projections 19 to come in contact with the edge face of a flange 16 and fixing pieces 20 to be inserted into lead wire lead out grooves 15 is incorporated into the flange 16 side. A winding 22 is formed between the spacers, spacers 17', 21' are incorporated interposing an insulating sheet 23 between them, and a winding 24 is formed to complete a coil 25. The leads 26 of the windings 22, 24 are inserted into the grooves 15 of the flange 16 through gaps 27 formed by the parts of the spacers 21, 22' having no projection 19, and wound around terminals 14 to be connected. According to this construction, the lead wires 26 receive no pushing pressure of the spacers 21, 21', and moreover receive no damage according to the rotation of the spacer, and reliability of the coil is enhanced.
