PURPOSE: To prevent a sagging by using an elastic body which is difficult to plastically deform for a spacer, and absorbing expansion of a film and the like by means of the spacer even if a touch panel is exposed in a high temperature and high humidity.
CONSTITUTION: An electrode 2 is provided in plural rows and in parallel on the surface of an insulating board 1 made of a film such as a high polymer film and the like of which material is easy to expand due to the influence of a temperature or humidity. On the other hand, an electrode 4 is provided in plural rows and in parallel on the surface of an insulating board 3 of a glass plate or the like. A spacer 5 made of a material which is difficult to plastically deform such as a rubber sheet, urethane or its formed body and the like is used so as to bond the boards 1 and 3 together with adhesive agent 6. Thus, even if a material such as the high polymer film or the like which is easy to expand with the influence of the temperature and the like is used for the insulating board, sagging can not be produced and such a failure as a short-circuit can be prevented.
