PURPOSE: To make compact the system by performing feed of object to be measured from a magazine, carry of said object in an environment tank, selection/ collection of said object in horizontal against the installation face of system through forced feeding system.

CONSTITUTION: A loader 10 is provided with such function as to stack objects to be measured contained in a magazine 19 then to carry said object through forced feeding mechanism 11 where the carrying section 12 is provided at one side below said loader 10. An environment tank 14 is arranged below said section 12 to receive said object from the loader 10 through the carrying section 12. While a magazine carrying section 13 is provided on the other side face below the loader 10 to carry the empty magazine 19 to an unloader 18 arranged immediately below said tank 14. Said tank 14 is provided with a measuring/ selecting section 15 to contain/collect said object in a magazine in the unloader 18 on the basis of selection results.
