Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the effect due to excessive tension, by comparing an electric signal of a tension detector and a reference signal, and stopping the device when the electric signal exceeds the level of the reference signal.
CONSTITUTION: When the tension detected at a tension post 7 exceeds the limit tension, the tension read at a tension reading circuit 15 enters a comparison circuit 16 as the electric signal, it is compared with the reference electric signal representing the limit tension to a tape 1 during running, and when it is discriminated as the excessive tension, the generation of a control signal is given to a signal generating circuit 17 and the device is stopped.
