PURPOSE: To enable the judgement of whether strobe photographing is necessary or not, whether the background exposure in the stage of daylight synchronized flash photographing is adequate or not, etc., by displaying the exposing level basing on the specified second time for strobe synchronization, measured luminance, etc. as a deviation rate of a standard exposing level.
CONSTITUTION: When a strobe mode is selected in order to perform daylight synchronized flash photographing, the luminance signal S6 basing on the photometric value measured with a head amplifier circuit 51 is applied to a CPU 50, and the exposure basing on the specified second time for strobe synchronization such as 1/60sec or the like is also calculated together with the standard exposure by natural light basing on the luminance S6. The exposure basing on the second time for strobe synchronization is displayed as a deviation rate of the standard exposing level on a display 39 for photographing information. Whether the strobe photographing is necessary or not, whether the background exposure in the stage of daylight synchronized flash photographing is adequate or not or the like is judged by the above-mentioned deviation rate.
