Abstract:
PURPOSE:To form a brushless motor in a thin type and in a small type by a method wherein the circular permanent magnet of a rotational frequency detecting means and a stator are arranged in the axial direction interposing a flange part between them. CONSTITUTION:A back yoke 28 is pressed to be bent as to surround the outside circumference of a permanent magnet rotor 16, and moreover the flange 32 is provided. The face part 34 of the flange 32 constitutes the plane being in parallel with the first plane part 14 of the permanent magnet 16. The rotational frequency detecting means (FG) 36 is equipped to the outside circumferential part of the back yoke 28, and is constituted by containing the circular magnet 38 magnetized on the circumferential face with poles of the plural number, and a magnetic head 40 to detect variation of magnetic flux and provided at the neighboring fixed part of the circumferential face thereof. By providing the flange 32, to arrange the FG making the axial direction and the circumferential direction to approach the permanent magnet rotor 16 is enabled, and the brushless motor can be formed in the small type and in the thin type.
