PURPOSE: To prevent deformation and damaging of a molding by providing a support plate made of an open porous body less than 15μm in the pore diameter of the surface thereof successively at the tip of a die of a machine body so as to extrude and transfer a molding while floating it with a free injection of air.
CONSTITUTION: A support plate A is provided successively at the tip of a die of a molding device body B and guides and transfers a molding 5 extruded from the die as kept level as intact. The support plate A is made up of a open porous body produced by mixing a synthetic resin with an inorganic compound powder and molding the mixture into a plate to be sintered and so arranged in a double layer structure of a lower layer a1 with the coarse communicating hole diameter of 50W200μm and a strong surface layer a2 with the fine pore diameter below 15μm. A distributor 1 which is joined on the undersurface of the support plate A to feed the support plate A with air is made up of an air path 2 formed on a metal plate and the air path 2 is provided to feed an compressed air entirely to the support plate A.
