PURPOSE: To enable a long-time continuous operation while reducing screen exchange work with a higher processing capacity of an extruder by providing a screen pack with a larger filtering area.
CONSTITUTION: A breaker plate 15 is cylindrical with a bottom plate and a hole 20 is provided for passage of resin with the shape widen toward the downstream at the part abutting on a resin inflow guide 18 at the center of the bottom plate. A screen pack 16 and a sealing gasket 19 are mounted in the perimeter of a guide 18 set at the center of the breaker plate 15 and a number of holes 20 are provided for the passage of resin. On the other hand, the front of the guide is closed. Numerous resin passing holes 20 are bored on a plate 17 provided at the front side of the breaker plate 15. The breaker plate 15 is mounted in a slide plate 14 without clearance.
