Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce the influence of oscillation due to the unbalance or the like of a spindle by setting up the spring constant of each elastic supporting part and its fixing position so that the center of the spindle exists on the x axis of a two-dimensional rectangular coordinate system consisting of x and y axes determined by setting up the centroid of an enclosure as its origin and specific conditions are satisfied. CONSTITUTION:The axial center of the spindle 2 rotated at omega angular velocity exists on the x axis of the two-dimensional rectangular coordinate system consisting of the x and y axes determined by setting up the centroid point of the disk filing device having the mass of (m) in a plane rectangular to the axial direction of the spindle 2 as the origin, and when it is defined that the position of the center on the x axis is x0, the fixing position of the i-th elastic supporting member 6 out of plural members 6 in the x axis direction is xi, a spring constant in the x direction is kxi, the fixing position in the y direction is yi, and a spring constant in the y direction is kyi, the fixing positions of the plural members 6 and the spring constants are set up so that the shown equalities I, II are almost satisfied. Consequently, the influence of oscillation due to the unbalance or the like of the spindle 2 can be reduced.
