PURPOSE: To produce a hose having a pattern therein, by discharging a belt- shaped film on which a pattern is printed simultaneously with a molding material from a die when a hose is molded by an extruder, and extruding the hose continuously with the belt-shaped film embedded in the hose wall.

CONSTITUTION: A molding material is fed to a cylindrical section 6 and is extruded from a toroidal discharge outlet 7 of a die 8 continuously into a hose. In this case, before the extruder 2, a rolled belt-shaped film 3 on which a suitable pattern P is printed is arranged, and with the pattern P outside, the belt- shaped film 3 is fed to a ringlike slit 9 opened at the rear part of the cylindrical section 6 to be formed into a cylinder and is fed into the cylindrical section 6. The film 3 is delivered together with the melted molding material to an outlet side 4. Thus, a hose is discharged from the discharge outlet 7 of the die 8 with the cylindrical film 3 embedded within the hose wall.
