Abstract:
PURPOSE:To remove power consumption in case of driving regenerative changeover, and to operate a motor smoothly by forming the power supply device so that the short-circuit currents do not flow between converters when driving regenerative changeover. CONSTITUTION:A converter device 10 is formed by a main circuit 28 and a control circuit 30. The converter device 10 outputs DC voltage corresponding to a voltage command to an inverter device 12 by means of the converter 32 while it can return regenerative power from the inverter device 12 to an AC power supply by means of the converter 34, and it can start one converter after dead time until the DC currents of the other converter are interrupted after they are diaphragmed is completed when driving regenerative changeover.
