Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a sheet excellent in electrical properties, heat resistance and dimensional stability, suitable for printing circuit boards, etc., containing aromatic polyamide short fibers and mycelia produced by mould.
CONSTITUTION: The objective sheet containing (A) aromatic polyamide short fibers with the main chain having aromatic groups and (B) pref. 3-30wt.% of mycelia produced by mould. Where appropriate, the present sheet is pref. impregnated with a heat-resistant resin followed by hardening.
