Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the manufacturing yield of a rotary electric machine by notching the short side forming a right angle to the axial direction of a magnet piece at the same angle as a skewing angle. CONSTITUTION:Front and rear surfaces c, d which form a right angle to the axial direction X-X' of the short side of a magnetic piece 3b are cut obliquely at one groove interval theta. When it is mounted on a field core, the surfaces c, d of the shaft side of the piece 3b are mounted to form a right angle to the axial direction. With this structure, the magnet piece can perform the same magnetic effect as that of the magnet piece which is skewed with the manufacturing cost and yield equivalent to those of the magnet piece which is not skewed as the conventional one.
