PURPOSE: To easily and reliably connect and fix each connecting line by providing a ring terminal which establishes electrical connection by inserting a connecting line of circuit component to the terminal plate and a bar type terminal which establishes electrical connection by lapping connection line of circuit component.
CONSTITUTION: A terminal plate 11 is provided with a ring terminal having a hole 23 and a bar type terminal 25. The end portions of lead wire 20 of a noise- free capacitor 5 and lead wire 21 of grow starter 4 are inserted to the hole 23 and the upper surface 24 of terminal is pressed in order to pressurizingly bond the lead wires 20, 21. Meanwhile, in addition to a ring terminal 22, a lead wire 19 of luminous bulb 6 is lapped to the bar type terminal 25 provided near said ring terminal in order to temporarily fixe it. The terminal plate 10 is also connected in the same way. Thereby, each lead wire is connected to each terminal and then soldering is performed to entire part of terminal plates 10 and 11 in order to ensure the connection and fixing. Thus each lead wire can be fixed. For the terminal plate 9, a connecting wire 12 is inserted anf fixed to the ring terminal 22 in order to connect the connecting wire 12 and lead wire 17.
