PURPOSE: To hold charge of capacitors in a holding circuit, and decrease in distortion of analog output by installing switches which charge or discharge for the primary and secondary capacitors of a D/A converter, and switches which alternately switch from charge to discharge according to each bit.

CONSTITUTION: Input the digital input A into a control circuit 10 of the D/A converter, control primary and secondary switches by the circuit 10, and charge the primary and secondary capacitors C1 and C2 with reference voltage plus V. Hold the charge which is charged for the capacitor C1 and C2 by control of the primary and secondary discharge switches 3 and 7. Control alternately charge/ discharge to the capacitors C1 and C2 by the switch 2 according to each bit of input A. Decrease in output distortion caused by analog output dispersion due to capacity difference of respective capacitors C1 and C2.
