Abstract:
PURPOSE:To collect trouble shooting information automatically without interrupting transaction processing and using operator's operation by outputting the trouble shooting information on the basis of the working end operation of a transaction device. CONSTITUTION:If trouble shooting information (RAS) such as retry and disabled operation is generated in each control part during the operation of a POS terminal equipment, a flag indicating the presence of the RAS information is set up in an RAS information presence or absence storage part 21. When a closing operation is executed, the operation of an adjustment receipt/SRAS information output control part 23 is started, the adjustment recept is issued and the presence or absence of the RAS information is confirmed by the flag of the storage part 21. When the RAS information is present the RAS information in the RAS information storage part 22 is taken out and sorted into a prescribed format and the RAS information is printed out continuously to the adjustment receipt.
