Abstract:

PURPOSE: To emit the fragrance of the titled tea, by preserving a dried extracted component of tea in a constant temperature range for a fixed period in a closed state by a hermetically closed container or laminated aluminum foil packaging, etc.

CONSTITUTION: Tea is blended with a solvent such as warm water, etc., a tea component is extracted, the extracted solution is blended with a binder such as dextrin, etc. or not blended, and it is dried by spray drying or lyophilized to give instant tea. The instant tea is presserved at 50W70°C for 5hrW20 days, to carry out the emission of fragrance and the improvement of taste. During the preservation period, the instant tea is desirably stored in a closed state by a hermetically closed container or laminated aluminum foil packaging, etc. not to diffuse the fragrant component.
