Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide a compact, light-weighted and simplified multiple electro- hydraulic survoactuator, by incorporating in the multiple electro-hydraulic survoactuator an operation adjust control for redundancy control function element upon start of the multiple electro-hydraulic survoactuator without dependence upon an extra controller and without provision of an interface between the controller and the survoacuator. CONSTITUTION:No fluid flows from an output port in the first phase where a land end (a) of a spool 12 does not reach a hole end (b) of a sleeve 9. When the land end (a) reaches the hole end (b) of the sleeve 9, the second phase starts. A shape of the output port in the second phase is rectangular such that when the spool 12 moves at a constant speed, flow rate of fluid to be delivered is increased in proportion to time. When the land end (a) reaches a circular aperture end (c) of the port, and then is leftwardly displaced, an opening area of the port is rapidly enlarged to rapidly increase the flow rate of fluid to be delivered from the output port.
