PURPOSE: To obtain the titled film having a specified surface resistivity value and excellent in the anti-static properties and adhesion of printing inks, by molding a polyolefin containing a specified amount of a modified silicone oil in which a polyoxyalkylene group, etc. are introduced.
CONSTITUTION: 100pts.wt. polyolefin and 0.2W5pts.wt. modified silicone oil in which at least one of an amino group, a carboxyl group and a polyoxyalkylene group is introduced into part of the methyl groups of the dimethyl polysiloxane of the formula (Me represents a methyl group) are mixed, the mixture is molded for example by an extruder into a sheet, and the sheet is orientated, and is subjected to relaxing and heat treatments, preferably to physical treatment such as corona discharge treatment, so that the intended film wherein the surface resistivity value of at least one surface thereof is up to 1014Ω is obtained. A preferred modified silicone oil used is a modified silicone oil of a polyoxyethylene or polyoxypropylene whose modification rate is 40W95% and whose viscosity is 40W40,000cst.
