PURPOSE:To increase the coupling force of a clutch further improve its operating action to be shapened, by providing a hydraulic pressure oil chamber, which forces a clutch plate in the input side to be brought into contact with a clutch plate in the output side, clutch spring pressing the hydraulic pressure oil chamber in a direction to reduce its volume and a control means for a valve in a discharge oil port. CONSTITUTION:A hydraulic pressure oil chamber 23 is formed between a fixed wall member 13 and a pressing member 20, and the pressing member 20 constitutes a movable wall of the hydraulic pressure oil chamber 23. Then a clutch spring 24, urging the hydraulic pressure oil chamber 23 in a direction to reduce its volume, is compressively provided between a clutch member 12 in the output side and the pressing member 20. A discharge oil port 26 is provided a read valve 29, normally closed and openable to a side of the hydraulic pressure oil chamber 23, and an output shaft 5 is provided in the end part of its enter hole 5a a control shaft 27. In this way, a transmission amount of power of a clutch can be increased further its action of operation is improved to be sharpened by adjusting the capacity of an oil hydraulic pump and its delivery amount without causing any necessity for forming the clutch in a large size.
