PURPOSE: To peel the shell of a boiled egg, surely, without damaging the egg, by connecting the rotary shaft of an agitator with the motor shaft coaxially through a planetary reduction gear train, thereby reducing the rotational speed of the agitator.

CONSTITUTION: Water is poured into the water-tank 1a of the main body 1, and a proper number of boiled eggs are plunged into the water. The motor is energized by setting the time switch 31, and the rotor 5 is rotated slowly by the motor 12 through the planetary reduction gear train 10. The rotational force is applied to the boiled eggs by the rotor 5, and the eggs are made to collide with the protrusion 19 of the protrusion plate 18 to cause the cracking of the eggshell and the separation of the shell from the content.
