Abstract:

PURPOSE: To enable a signal with a strong solvent medium origin to be eliminated efficiently by giving weight to a real number or a complex number to either one of discrete signals whose difference is to be obtained.

CONSTITUTION: In a solvent medium signal elimination method for eliminating solvent medium signal by obtaining difference of discrete signals which are obtained by sampling NMR signal at a specified period, frequency 0 constituent is eliminated by aligning size of signals whose difference is to be obtained by multiplying a real number in the case of a signal where a solvent medium signal is attenuated exponentially or any frequency offset is selected by multiplying a complex number for eliminating the signal. Further, even if the solvent medium signal has a general form, the solvent medium signal can be eliminated by multiplying a weight which depends on its function type.
