CONSTITUTION: To a picture signal processing system consisting of a sweeping circuit 4, an indicator 6, a video circuit 10 and a signal processing circuit 12, a storage device 16 and a picture control part 14 are added. In this state, to the storage device 16, a picture signal based on a setting range of the indicator 6 side, inputted by the picture control part 14 from the picture signal processing system is applied by synchronizing with scanning and is stored. Also, to the picture control part 14, an area setting input is provided in accordance with an operation of one or both of a range area setting device 22 or an azimuth area setting device 24 from an area setting and switching circuit 20, and also a range setting input corresponding to a prescribed detection range is provided from a range setting device 18.
