Title:
BRUSHLESS MOTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS59110396
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the drive efficiency of a motor by generating the detected output during low counterelectromotive force of a stator winding and providing the second position detector for turning a switching element to be alternately turned ON or OFF by the output of the first position detector to OFF state. CONSTITUTION:The first position detector 1 is operated by the detection output of the first driver circuit 2, which controls the second driver circuit 4 and the second stator winding driver circuit 3. The second stator winding L1 is excited by the ON of the circuit 3, and the first stator winding L1 is excited through the first stator winding driver circuit 5 from the circuit 4. The windings L1, L2 are wound on the main pole 9a opposed to the stator 9, and the detecting auxiliary winding L3 of the second rotor position detector 6 is wound on either interpole 9b. The output of the detector 6 is compared with the prescribed threshold value by a comparator 8 to forcibly interrupt the exciting currents of the windings L1, L2 in the part that the counterelectromotive forces of the windings L1, L2 are low. In this manner, it can efficiently drive the motor.
